Recently I was on a short photographic trip to the Isle of Arran with the LPM editor and a friend. All photographers are at the mercy of the elements when photographing in winter but we were lucky and had a couple of bright clear days when we got there, although our departure had been delayed slightly by a lack of ferries due to high winds.
