Experiencing The Mystery Of Iceland

I have seen many beautiful sights in Nature but few have had the powerful to completely take over my emotions and linger in my memory with such intensity like the evening I spent at the Glacial Lagoon in Iceland.

On May 21st, 2011 my girlfriend and I dashed off in our rental car onto the sun-painted Ring Road bound for the Glacial Lagoon. The light lingering throughout the fjords was stunning; it covered the mountains with a golden glow and reached down and touched the crests of the waves as they battered the shorelines.

The Massive Icelandic glacier:  Vatnajökull  began to slowly reveal itself as we rounded the corner.  The massive body of Ice is constantly performing...
