On the Rocks was taken early morning after having made my way through waters through which sharks have swum. Always on the lookout for them. The sand on the bottom was intent on sucking me under, and the rocks were jagged and slippery.

I fought with myself to continue, hoping the reward would be worth the effort. Dragging my tripod and waterproof camera bag, I climbed the rocks until I could balance my equipment. The first light began to appear, and all of the beauty began to unfold.
