• Landscape Photography Magazine is not a printed publication. LPM is a digital e-magazine and can ONLY be downloaded from our website.

• As soon as the current issue is replaced by the new one, it can be downloaded by holders of Platinum membership ONLY. If you do not have a Platinum membership, make sure you download each issue you have paid for during the month it is active on the website. We can only let you know about new issues via our newsletter, please make sure our newsletter does not end up inside your junk/spam folder.

• You DO NOT need a Paypal account; while in the Paypal page, choose the “Don’t have a Paypal account?” option and pay with your credit/debit card.

Registration: If you don’t register a username upon your return from Paypal, you can do so via our registration emai sent to you immediately after payment is complete, please take a look into your spam/junk folder if you can’t see the email. Failing this, contact us directly on subscriptions@landscapephotographymagazine.com and make sure your host accepts all email sent by us.

Recurring Policy: Please note that we do not have a recurring policy. Your card will not be automatically charged after the expiration of your membership. Your membership will not be automatically renewed, however, we will send you a reminder should you wish to renew. Under no circumstances will we charge your card without your knowledge.

Account Upgrade: If you have a Bronze, Silver or Gold account with us and wish to upgrade to Platinum, please contact us at subscriptions@landscapephotographymagazine.com

Refund Policy: Landscape Photography Magazine products are digital and can be downloaded immediately after membership subscription. We therefore have a strict no refund policy for all membership levels.
