It is the second largest island of the Inner Hebrides, off the west coast of Scotland in the region of Argyll and Bute. With an area of 330 square miles, Mull is the fourth largest Scottish island. The residential population of Mull is approximately 2,700 and in the summer this increases through tourism. The capital is the picturesque Tobermory, where most of the population lives.
